Convention Hotels:
- All hotels listed on the JAINA Convention website are designated as convention hotels with JAINA-negotiated rates.
- Bookings can ONLY be made through the Convention website after paying for registration. The hotel will not allow direct registration.
Main Convention Hotel:
- Renaissance (Schaumburg): Main Convention Hotel adjoining the Schaumburg Convention Center.
- Hyatt Regency (Schaumburg): Recommended for all the youth programming (including Jain Academic Bowl (JAB), Jain Connect, YJA & YJP)
Additional Hotels:
- Will be added to the Convention Website based on overall need and capacity.
Transport and Parking:
- JAINA will provide transport from all convention hotels to the convention center regardless of distance.
- Free parking will be available at the convention center and all convention hotels.
Hotel Booking Rules:
- Each registration allows booking of only one convention hotel room.
- For additional rooms, register guests separately or email hotelbooking@jainaconvention.org for requests (fulfilled on a best-effort basis).
- A valid credit card is required to hold the room.
- Guests must reserve a minimum of 3 nights (check-in on July 3rd, check-out on July 6th).
- Hotel reservations are non-transferable.
- Stated hotel cancellation policies will apply.
- JAINA cannot accommodate block reservation request.
Booking Verification:
- The Convention Hotel Logistics team reserves the right to review and cancel duplicate bookings or bookings not associated with a convention registration.
