A 45-acre urban resort with more than 1,000 rooms and over 200,000 square feet of event space.
Hotel accommodations are booked and paid for separately. The hotel booking process is available to registered attendees. Negotiated guest-room rates are expected to be available for up to three days before and three days after the convention, subject to contracted room type and rate availability.

DFW offers direct connections from most major cities and is a short drive from the hotel.
Dallas Love Field
DAL is another convenient option for domestic travelers.
Airport transportation is not provided by the convention. Attendees can use Uber, Lyft or other transportation from DFW or Dallas Love Field.
Drive & Park
Parking will be available at a discounted rate. Local attendees are encouraged to carpool. The current estimate is a 20% discount for registered overnight and daily guests, with parking estimated at approximately $32 per night, subject to final hotel pricing.
