The Hilton Anatole is the full convention headquarters — sessions, dining, youth programming and evening events are all steps apart. Additional guest rooms are available at the Hilton Garden Inn next door, with a convention shuttle to the Anatole.
Hilton Anatole Dallas
A 45-acre urban resort with more than 1,000 rooms and over 200,000 square feet of event space.
Hotel accommodations are booked and paid for separately. The hotel booking process is available to registered attendees. At this time, please book your room for the convention dates of July 2 through July 5. We are working with hotel management to open additional room blocks for guests who would like to arrive before or depart after the convention dates. Once those dates become available, registered attendees will be able to modify their reservations accordingly.
Hilton Garden Inn
A second block of guest rooms is available at the Hilton Garden Inn, just next door to the Hilton Anatole. It is a good option for attendees booking later or wanting a quieter stay.

Shuttle to the Anatole
A convention shuttle will run between the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hilton Anatole, so guests staying there can reach sessions, meals and evening programs without driving or parking.
Shuttle times will be published closer to the convention.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
DFW offers direct connections from most major cities and is a short drive from the hotel.
Dallas Love Field
DAL is another convenient option for domestic travelers.
Airport transportation is not provided by the convention. Attendees can use Uber, Lyft or other transportation from DFW or Dallas Love Field.
Drive & Park
Parking will be available at a discounted rate. Local attendees are encouraged to carpool. The current estimate is a 20% discount for registered overnight and daily guests, with parking estimated at approximately $32 per night, subject to final hotel pricing.
