Yes. All volunteers must register for the convention and pay the applicable registration fee. Convention registration is already heavily subsidized.
No separate family or senior discount categories are offered because convention registration is already highly subsidized.
Yes, every attendee must be registered regardless of age. Ages 0–6 are free. Ages 7–17 are $50 less than the adult (18+) rate. Age is based on the attendee's age in July 2027.
No. Registration is currently offered only for the full convention.
Yes. The Convention is open to everyone who wants to learn more about Jainism and participate in the gathering.

On-site registration may be available based on capacity. Advance online registration is strongly recommended.
All four days of convention programming, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, plus access to age-based tracks and convention activities. Hotel accommodations are booked and paid for separately.
Yes. You can add family members through the registration process. Every attendee, including children ages 0–6, must be registered.

Registrations are non-transferable unless an exception is approved by the Convention Convener.

Yes. Registered attendees will receive convention credentials. On-site instructions will be provided closer to the event.
The Hilton Anatole in Dallas is the convention headquarters, with guest rooms, programs, dining and evening events on the same property.
No. Hotel accommodations must be booked and paid for separately. The convention registration fee covers convention activities and included meals.
The convention hotel booking process and negotiated room block are available to registered attendees. Book early because room inventory is limited.
The convention center is scheduled to open at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 2 and conclude at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 5. Negotiated guest-room rates are expected to be available for up to three days before and three days after the official convention dates, subject to contracted room type and rate availability.
The Hilton Anatole is a 45-acre urban resort with more than 1,000 rooms, extensive meeting and event space, dining options and resort amenities.
The Hilton Anatole is the convention headquarters, with sessions, dining, evening programs and guest rooms located on the same property.
Dallas is served by Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL).
No airport transportation is planned. Attendees can use Uber, Lyft or other transportation from DFW International Airport or Dallas Love Field.
Yes. Parking will be available at a discounted rate. Local attendees are encouraged to carpool. The current estimate is a 20% discount for registered overnight and daily guests, with parking estimated at approximately $32 per night, subject to final hotel pricing.
Suggested attractions include Dallas Zoo, Fort Worth Stockyards, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, Children's Aquarium, Reunion Tower, Dallas Arts District, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the convention registration fee.
Yes. Only Jain food will be served, and a Jain vegan option will also be available.
Yes. Vegan meals will be available for attendees who request them during registration. For other dietary requests, please email food@jainaoffice.org.
Breakfast is scheduled from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, and dinner from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Snacks are scheduled from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM and 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Meals are for registered attendees only.

The convention will serve Jain meals for registered attendees. Families should note any specific dietary needs during registration.

Yes. Children ages 0–6 attend free, but they still must be registered.
Yes. The convention brings multiple generations together, with age-appropriate programming and a single convention headquarters at the Hilton Anatole.
Young Jains of America (YJA) provides dedicated youth programming and community experiences.
Young Jain Professionals (YJP) provides professional, social and networking programming for young adults.
Jain Connect is a community and networking program for young adults.
The Jain Academic Bowl (JAB) is a youth competition focused on knowledge of Jain principles, history and practice.
Yes. Some programs are designed for all age groups, while others are tailored to specific age groups. Please check the Program & Schedule information as details are released.

Individuals, families and organizations can sponsor, donate or pledge.
A labh is the opportunity to support a specific part of the convention as an act of giving, or daan.
JAINA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
The Hilton Anatole provides accessible facilities. Please note any accessibility requirements during registration so the convention team can prepare appropriately.

JAINA Convention 2027 will be held July 2–5, 2027 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.
JAINA Convention 2027 expects 4,000+ attendees from across North America and internationally.
The convention is hosted by JAINA in collaboration with the Jain communities of Dallas, Austin and Houston.
The JAINA Convention is held every two years. The 2027 gathering is the 24th Biennial JAINA Convention.
