These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your registration for and attendance at the 24th Biennial JAINA Convention (July 2–5, 2027, Hilton Anatole, Dallas), organized by the Federation of Jain Associations in North America ("JAINA") and the host Jain Sanghs of Dallas, Austin, and Houston. By using this site or registering, you agree to these terms.

Registration and tickets

Registration is required to attend. You agree to provide accurate information and to register each member of your party. Badges are for the named registrant and may not be shared or transferred without our approval. We may decline or revoke registration where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the event.

Payments, pricing, and refunds

Prices are listed at registration and may rise in tiers as the convention fills. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. The cancellation and refund policy will be published with registration; by registering you agree to the policy in effect at that time.

Conduct

All attendees, volunteers, vendors, and guests agree to follow our Code of Conduct. We may remove anyone who violates it, without refund.

Photography and recording

The convention is photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant JAINA and the host Sanghs permission to use images, video, and audio that may include you for non-commercial promotional, educational, and archival purposes. If you have concerns, contact the help desk on-site.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and materials on this site are owned by JAINA or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The JAINA name and emblem may not be used without permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on third-party services (such as the payment processor, the host hotel's booking, and machine translation). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The site and event information are provided "as is." Speakers, schedule, pricing, and program details are subject to change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAINA, the host Sanghs, and their volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event. Attendees are responsible for their own and their children's safety and belongings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as the convention approaches; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
